You’re assuming…?

Yup. I’ve finally succumbed. I’m going to do the popular thing bloggers are doing right now– an ‘Assumptions About Me’ post! I’m kinda nervous but mostly looking forward to seeing what you all come up with! Just…please don’t leave me hanging and not comment! That would really stink. 😳 And don’t go over to my About page so that you can get all your assumptions right, either! 🀣

So, if you have an assumption, or assumptions, about me, drop them in the comments below, and I’ll post a reply post next week, Lord willing! I’ll also link your blog, if you have one, when I reply to your questions. β˜ΊοΈπŸ’•

So excited!

Maggie

P.S. Is that photo of me awful or artsy? πŸ€”πŸ§

Today was perfect. It was chilly but not too chilly, rainy but not too rainy, and just grey enough to make inside seem super warm and cosy. I got just a few photos from the delightful cup of of coffee my best friend, my sister and I had before tonight’s performance (which went SO well, by the way!).

My sister Ruth (left), and my best friend Bekah (right). They look so cute! 😍
They had the coolest chandelier.
The gorgeous vintage coffee bar.β˜•
A rather weird selfie…πŸ˜ΆπŸ˜‹
A cool light fixture thingy.
More wonderful vintage-ness. 😍
My awesome “Bach Bach Bach” bag!
My sister, daydreaming.

Hope you all enjoyed these photos! How are you all doing?

God bless!

𝓗π“ͺ𝓹𝓹𝔂 𝓣𝓱π“ͺ𝓷𝓴𝓼𝓰𝓲𝓿𝓲𝓷𝓰!

Happy Thanksgiving awesome people! Despite this crazy year, don’t we have so much to be thankful for?!

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.

Philippians 4:6

Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

1 Thessalonians 5:18

Make a joyful noise to theΒ Lord, all the earth! Serve theΒ LordΒ with gladness! Come into his presence with singing! Know that theΒ Lord, he is God! It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise! Give thanks to him; bless his name! For theΒ LordΒ is good; his steadfast love endures forever, and his faithfulness to all generations.

Psalm 100:1-5

And now we thank you, our God, and praise your glorious name.

1 Chronicles 29:13

God bless you all!

I’ve been nominated for the Real Neat Blogger Award! // My answers to the ‘award questions’

Hello everybody!

Today I’m back to tell you that I’ve been nominated for a blogging award for the second time in my blog history! (Read about the first one here.) This time, it’s the ‘Real Neat Blogger’ Award. (Isn’t that a cute name?)

Okay. First things first. Here are the rules–

  1. Display the blog award logo in your blog. (I didn’t see one, so I won’t put one in)
  2. Thank the blogger(s) who nominated you. Thanks Lrose5!
  3. Do not forget to link to their blogging website. (Here’s the lovely blog!)
  4. Answer all the questions they have given you.
  5. Nominate 7 to 10 bloggers of your choice.
  6. Ask them 7 questions.

Okay, here are Lrose5’s questions for me:

Chips or crackers?

Crackers…I think…

What animal do you think is the cutest?

That is bloody hard!!! I know this is so unimaginative– but I think kittens are just so cute.

What is the best book you’ve read this month?

Well, this is a re-read for me, but Phantom of the Opera.

Outside or inside?

This is another hard question! But I actually think maybe inside, just because I love the rain so much, and you can’t really be outside in the rain! But during this beautiful spring season, it’s really hard to not say ‘outside’…

Who was the last person, besides a family member, that you saw, talked to, or hugged before you started isolating?

Probably my friend Sadie. (Who will hopefully be guest posting here soon!!)

Favorite music genre?

I can’t pick one specific one, but I can narrow it down to three– Celtic, Broadway, and Soundtracks.

Favorite emoji?

Um… unicorn…?

Okay! Now I get to make my nominations! *Drum roll please!*

And now here are my questions for the nominees above:

  1. What is your favourite colour? (I know, so boring…sorry…)
  2. If you could have any job in the world, what would it be?
  3. If you could pick any era in history besides our current era, which would you choose? (Future doesn’t count!)
  4. What song do you sing in the shower most frequently?
  5. Poetry or Prose?
  6. Fiction or Non-Fiction?
  7. What is your favourite musical instrument?

Alrighty! I did everything! Can’t wait to see the posts of my nominees! I hope all of your lovely readers have a lovely rest of your day. πŸ˜€ ❀

God bless you,

Magaidh

Hi everyone! I’m back and this time with 10 creative ideas that you can test out while you are stuck at home. 😊

  • Memorize a short psalm.
  • Sew a pretty change purse by hand. Maybe even embroider your name on it!

  • Polish your church shoes. (Believe me–this is SO satisfying!)
  • Start learning a new language. (It’s more fun than you think!)
  • Give your mom a hug.β™₯️
